In recent years, the Financial Mile’s skyline has been populated by names including Google, RBS, Baker McKenzie, Amsterdam District Court, Deloitte, Stibbe, and Akzo Nobel. The Financial Mile is home to over 700 prominent organisations from all over the world.
NoMA House was built in the centre of Amsterdam’s Financial Mile on the last unoccupied plot, across from the entrance to Station Amsterdam Zuid (Amsterdam South Station). This new centre – with NoMA House as the entrance and corner building – will fill up quickly in the years ahead to host a new generation of offices, hotels, apartment complexes and facilities.
NoMA House stands on the corner of two major thoroughfares – Gustav Mahlerlaan and Parnassusweg – which makes it highly visible and easy to spot from every direction. The new Amsterdam Zuid station, which currently serves more than 80,000 passengers daily, will be upgraded with a brand new entrance facing NoMA House. Well-known hot spots, including Gustav Mahlerplein and the WTC, are within a five-minute walk. Consequently, all of the Financial Mile’s excellent facilities – restaurants, shops and health clubs – are nearby.
